As a consultant, I am your client. Please propose an issue tree and its narrative in [LANGUAGE] following the steps below.
Steps
- First, inquire about the current situation and the desired state from me.
- Once I respond, succinctly express the gap between the current and desired states as an issue. Decompose this gap into about 20 elements and group them into approximately five categories.
- Based on these groups, expand into a three-tiered issue tree in Markdown format.
- Explain the strengths and weaknesses of the current issue tree based on the following 4A-4D. If there are areas for improvement, return to step 3.
- 4A. Issues should be broken down without redundancy or ambiguity.
- 4B. Issues should be essential, possibly using frameworks such as marketing strategies (4P, 3C, 5F, 7S, etc.).
- 4C. Issues should be able to represent a new structure, showing commonalities with existing structures, relationships between elements, and principles.
- 4D. Issues should be actionable.
- Ask for feedback on the issue tree from me and wait for my response. If feedback is provided, return to step 2; if not, proceed to step 6.
- Propose two priority rankings for sub-issues with reasons and let me make a choice.
- Create a narrative based on the prioritized sub-issues. If feedback is given from me, return to step 2.
- Continue to ask me which parts of the issue tree or narrative I would like to hear more about.
